		<description><![CDATA[Great job on the bread! You are so right, I had sesame seeds all over the place but it&#039;s ever so easy to just brush with water or milk instead of egg whites while I know it doesn&#039;t work as well...

		<description><![CDATA[Your loaf looks wonderful. What a good idea to use flax seeds! (Rather than brushing with just a little water, I liberally spray the tops of my loaves with water before adding seeds. I do lose a few when cutting the bread, but most of them stay on.)
